A BA Part-II student committed suicide in Mohanpur, Sitamarhi. The allegation is that he committed suicide due to love affair. The incident took place in Mohanpur village of Nagar police station area. When the family broke the gate of the closed room at midnight on Wednesday, they found the student hanging from the fan. The deceased was identified as Vishal Goswami (21), son of Ramesh Goswami, resident of Mohanpur. Vishal was the only child of his parents. Along with studies, he used to run a makeup shop at Mehsaul Chowk in the city.
The matter of suicide in love affair came to light
Here, there was a stir in the area after the incident. There was a crowd of people nearby. Here, as soon as the information was received, the police reached the spot. Sub Inspector Mukesh Kumar of the city police station reached the spot with his team and investigated the matter. The body was taken into custody and sent to Sadar Hospital for post-mortem. City Police Station Officer Vinay Pratap Singh said that the youth has committed suicide. Prima facie it has come to light that suicide was a love affair. The body has been sent to Sadar Hospital for post-mortem. Further action will be taken after the family members submit the application.
Vishal wanted to marry his girlfriend
The father of the deceased student told that they were not at home. Went to worship in the temple. When he came back from the temple after worship, he saw that the house was closed. Vishal did not even go to the shop on Wednesday and was alone at home. The father told that Vishal was having an affair with a girl from Bhootahi since two years ago. Vishal wanted to marry his girlfriend. But, his girlfriend’s family was not ready for the marriage. Whereas Vishal’s parents were ready for the marriage. According to information received from the police, Vishal had earlier also tried to commit suicide by consuming poison.
